We're currently experiencing very high demand for repairs. Your repair is important to us and we'll schedule it as soon as we can but you may experience a delay. We're working behind the scenes to increase capacity of the routine repairs service and aim to be completing all repairs within 28 days as soon as possible.

Throughout your tenancy, there are bound to be things you’ll want to change, replace or remove.

But, before you pick up the hammer and nails, check our dedicated permissions page to find out more and apply for permission, here you can use our form to understand whether or not we're able to automatically grant permission, if you need to request it from us or if it's not something we allow.
