Personal INfluencer

Just by being a Samphire Homes tenant, speaking to our staff and filling out the occasional feedback request, you’re already influencing the way we shape our service. You have first-hand experience of our services and know what we’re doing well, and what we could do better. In fact, you could say you know us better than anyone else! We welcome your feedback on the good, the bad and everything in between.

Local INfluencer

You make your involvement local and want to have your say on behalf of your neighbourhood. Look out for local Samphire Homes events when they pop up and take part in our surveys and feedback requests on local and community topics.

The views you share with us will help shape your neighbourhood and the wider community.

Group INfluencer

This is the top-level INfluencer! You do everything in Level One and Two, and you’ve decided you really want to get stuck in. You’ll be invited to join us and your fellow INfluencers at exclusive Group INfluencer events and will be invited to take part in lots influencing opportunities like our Quarterly INfluencer days, scrutiny groups, review panels and co-creation sessions. We'll take your views into the heart of our organisation.

We’ll reimburse you for any travel expenses too, so you won’t be out of pocket. Plus, we're happy to help facilitate and support tenant-led groups, too.

We’re proud members of customer engagement experts TPAS, who help us to improve how we involve our tenants and the wider community in what we do.

Membership means we have access to additional support and advice. By increasing our skills and knowledge we will be able to raise our engagement standards across the board. This reinforces our commitment of giving you the opportunity to influence our work so that we can continually improve the services we offer.

Ensuring everyone's voice is heard

We’re committed to encouraging an inclusive and diverse community of tenant INfluencers with a strong sense of belonging. We aim to attract the best people, and embrace diversity of age, disability status, race, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity/expression, religion and belief, to ensure everyone has the opportunity to share their views. We'll listen to the feedback from our tenants and use this to help us understand what matters most and how we can improve our services.
