Giving Us Feedback on Our Services

This year we’re working with the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) to carry out the UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI) survey.

This is the UK’s largest cross‑sector customer benchmarking study - which means it helps us compare how we’re doing, not only against other housing providers, but also against organisations across wider public services. 

During June and July, ICS will be emailing some of our customers to ask for feedback about us as a landlord and their most recent experience with us. 

Your feedback is important to us. It helps us understand your experience and improve the areas that matter most to you.

How can you take part in the 2026 survey?

ICS will email 12,000 randomly selected customers to invite them to complete a short online survey. The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.

If you receive an email, please take the opportunity to share your views before the deadline stated in the email. Your feedback will play a vital role in helping us improve our services.

How do we protect your personal information?

All responses shared with ICS are completely confidential. We do not include any information in our reports that could personally identify you, so you can feel confident being open and honest in your feedback.
