The right to rectification. You have the right to ask us to update personal information if you have a reason to believe that it is inaccurate or incomplete. We have 1 month to respond to your right. We will charge you £10 for providing excessive information or for multiple requests. The right to erasure (to be forgotten). You have the right to ask us to delete personal information we hold about you under certain conditions. Especially if you think we are processing your personal information where it is no longer necessary or where you believe it is unlawful. The right to restrict processing. You have the right to ask us to temporarily stop processing your personal information if you have concerns over the accuracy of the information we hold or if you have objected to us processing your personal information in some way. The right to data portability (within one month). You have the right to ask Flagship to transfer any personal information stored electronically to another organisation, free of charge.
