Swap your home

If you're interested in swapping your home with another housing association tenant, then mutual exchange could be right for you. Find out everything you need to know on our mutual exchange page.

Buying your Samphire Home

You may be able to buy your home from us at a discount using the Right to Buy (‘Preserved Right to Buy’) scheme. If your home used to be owned by your local authority and was sold to us whilst you were living there, you may be eligible for Right to Buy.

Four local authorities transferred their homes to us on the following dates:

  • Suffolk Coastal District Council: 22 May 1991
  • Breckland District Council: 31 March 1993
  • Forest Heath District Council: 11 October 2004
  • North Norfolk District Council: 13 February 2006

If you were a tenant of any of these four local authorities at the date of the transfer, you may have the Right to Buy.

Sheltered housing

It’s important to feel safe and supported in your home. We provide housing in Suffolk and Norfolk for people over 55. As well as your own place to call home, you’ll benefit from a communal room, shared gardens and fully equipped facilities. You’ll also have the added security of an alarm service and scheme manager.

If you are 55 or older and are interested in applying for one of our sheltered homes, please register with your local choice-based lettings scheme or give us a call - we will be happy to help.
