At Samphire Homes we have a range of garages available to rent in a wide variety of locations.
If you need to store your car or need space to store those bigger items, then renting a secure garage from us could be the solution. You don't need to be a tenant of Samphire Homes to rent a garage from us.
Payment can be made by Direct Debit and the prices are as follows:
Samphire Tenants: £44.28 per month.
Private rentals: £61.42 per month.

Remember, you don't need to be a Samphire Homes tenant to rent a garage from us but Samphire Homes tenants are given priority.
Once we receive your application you'll be added to our waiting list and once a garage becomes available in your chosen area we'll be in contact.

If you no longer require your garage, please complete the below form and we'll be in contact shortly to confirm your request and sort out any details with you.
The following notice will be required:
- For agreements that commenced prior to 2018 we require one week's notice to end your agreement.
- For agreements that commenced after 2018 we require one month's notice to end your agreement.
